Travel/Accommodations
Directions to AT&T Conference Center:
The venue for the conference is the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center, located at 1900 University Ave., Austin, Texas. It is located between University Avenue and Whitis Street. The hotel entrance of the Center is located on University Ave.; this also the entrance to the restaurant, The Carillon. The opening reception will take place in the Private Dining Rooms #1 and #2 above The Carillon.

Travel:
Flights to Austin, Texas (AUS) arrive at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The best way to travel to the meeting location or hotel is by taxi, with a typical fare of $30-$40 one way. An alternative to a taxi is to take the City of Austin Metro Airport Flyer, a city bus which runs every 30 minutes from the airport to downtown and the UT Austin campus. The fare currently is $1.00 one way.
Visa requirements for entering the United States may be found here. Conference attendees from outside the United States are responsible for verifying the visa requirements to enter the United States.
Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn and Suites, 1701 Lavaca St., near the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. A rate of $159/night has been negotiated for this meeting.
